National Association of Construction Contractors Cooperative
6025 Prospect Avenue
Kansas City, MO 64130

The National Association of Construction Contractors Cooperative (NACCC) is a national advocacy organization whose mission is to assist national revitalization and redevelopment initiatives in America’s urban cores and impoverished rural communities.

In 2016, NACCC invested $1.8 million into renovating a long-vacant building at 6025 Prospect Avenue in order to turn it into their new headquarters. The building had been stripped of all copper plumbing and electrical wiring and because asbestos materials were exposed and the building was covered in graffiti, the project qualified for tax abatement.

The new headquarters facility also houses the Full Employment Council (FEC). FEC provides employers with a skilled workforce and job seekers with successful training. The two groups have been working together for more than three years on initiatives to improve the training and hiring of workers in the construction industry.

Since moving into their new headquarters, NACCC has created six new jobs (4 retained jobs). Please visit the NACCC website for more information.
